Appointments at Freemans Bay

To make an appointment, please call us on 09 378 6653, or via our online booking system. Online appointments are for Standard 15 minute consults only. These do not include immunisations, surgical procedures or nurse appointments. If you are not a registered patient or you want a longer appointment then please call us on 378 6653 to make an appointment.

If you doctor is not available, we will offer you an alternative time or an appointment with one of our other doctors. Standard appointments are for 15 minutes. If you feel that you may need longer or have more to discuss, then please book a double appointment.

Extended appointments are needed for:

• Insurance medicals
• Pre-employment medicals
• Minor Surgery
• Dermoscopy
• Well-Women & Well-Men checks

Please discuss this with our reception staff when you make your appointment. There is an additional charge for longer appointments.

Waiting Times

We make an effort to run on time, but unfortunately unexpected emergencies will sometimes cause delays. We will endeavour to let you know of there is any delay. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Urgent Appointments

During surgey hours we endeavour to fit in urgent cases, especially where children are involved. Please advise our reception staff if you are seeking urgent care. We may direct you to your nearest emergency clinic if we are unable to see you promptly. In an emergency, please call 111 and ask for an ambulance or go immediately to an emergency clinic.

Non Attendance

If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us 2 hours notice of cancellation. Otherwise you will be billed for non-attendance.
