Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be provided for some stable, on going conditions, however you should discuss this with your doctor. You will need to have consultations regularly to make sure that your condition is monitored within medical guidelines.

To request a repeat prescription, please call us on 09 378 6653 and follow the recorded instructions, leaving your name, phone number and clear details of what you need. Alternatively you could fax us on 09 378 7433, or use our online ordering form.

Your prescription will be ready the following day. We will call you if there are any problems with giving you a repeat prescription. You will be sent a text to let you know when your script is ready or has been faxed.

There is a charge for repeat prescriptions, including any uncollected scripts. Prescriptions can also be faxed to your pharmacy for an additonal $5.00.

If scripts are required on the same day there is a $30 charge.
