How to Use MyIndici

Book, cancel or change appointments. Note, your first appointment must be booked by calling reception.

Request repeat prescriptions

Check Recalls to see when you are due for your regular health checks, including blood tests, skin checks, bowel screening, prostate screening, cardiovascular and stroke risk assessment, mammograms, cervical smears, diabetes checks, immunisations

Read your results and reports following specialist or hospital appointments, scans, laboratory tests

Pay invoices and view receipts

Message our team with a quick question. Messages are not suitable for urgent medical issues or requests.
Advice provided via messaging is limited by the information you provide; if your message request is complex, you may be asked to make an appointment. MyIndici messaging may attract a charge; you’ll find more information on our Fees page.
